When purchasing these documents/products you are granted a limited license for you and your business, the purchaser ensures that they will not be used by other entities, businesses or resold. The Compliance People reserves all rights.
The Compliance People grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the purchased documents for the purpose of performing compliance requirements for your business. You are not entitled to sub-licence without our express written permission. We may revoke this licence at any time, for any reason.

You use the services of The Compliance People at your own risk. The Compliance People, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”) warrant that The Compliance People will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of The Compliance People, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information obtained through The Compliance People. The Compliance People will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of any products from this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. No oral or written advice or information provided by The Compliance People, its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the user rely on such advice or information.
This Company reserves the right to modify any advertised price prior to order acceptance. All items are subject to availability and may be removed at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you a substitution or issue a refund.

The Compliance People will not charge a fee for your request to access your Personal Information, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of such information.

We place a premium on the accuracy of your Personal Information. We will take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of your Personal Information. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our products are currently only available for download via the Internet. After approving your purchase, we will process your order. Typically, orders are processed within one (1) hour, but it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete. After processing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you provided on the order form.
This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt and contains access instructions for our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure that you can access our products successfully. While we are accommodating and permit a reasonable number of downloads, we do not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate access to our download servers at any time.
It is important to us that you are pleased with our products, as we stand behind them. As our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we do not offer refunds in general.
If you change your mind about your purchase and have not yet downloaded our product, we will gladly refund your money.
After you have downloaded our product, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase.
CANCELLATION BY PROVIDER
The Compliance People reserves the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient enrolments. Those who have registered will be informed, and their course fees will be refunded in full. Course cancellation will not subject The Compliance People to liability.
